I Finally managed to find the problem,something in the skyrimprefs.ini made the water disappear,so i reset them to their original state and now everything works fine A big thanks for all ur help and your great work on the ENB

I found out that setting UseOriginalObjectsProcessing to false will make the water appear again,but everything else look just white and way too bright,so this isnt an option i guess.I think i am done trying to solve this problem,so i think ill just disable the water completely until we can find any ...

Trying the default enblocal.ini helped,the game works now.Seems that the problem is related to the enblocal.ini. I did try both the 1.1 and 1.01 version,but both caused the same problem.
