Have you done a search on your disks? The correct one without mod managers is in My Games/Skyrim. If you have additional copies for example in the game folder, remove them. I've checked, I only have one SkyrimPrefs.ini.

I'm glad to say 0.112 is working without a hitch on my GTX 560 Ti.

I don't think it's that anymore, when I reverted back to 0.108, the FPS was the same 8-15. I'm reinstalling the game right now.

Is it just my card, or is there something else that's causing it?

My 560 Ti can only run this on 8-15 FPS, so it's best to say I shouldn't use this.
