so is there really no chance of boris updating enb for gta v?

Can anyone make a tutorial on what the values are for in the timecyc? As of now my GTA V Looks like this Still not sure what's causing the rain drops to look like that. boris i noticed another bug, i don't know if it only happens if i skip time with a use of a trainer.
the TOD only sets to 1 @ night even if it's day and it doesn't move at all even if i change the time using the trainer

boris is this a bug? it's midnight but the statistics has the TOD factor of day. it only happens for like a few seconds then goes back to dawn. any help or suggestions?
