Boris, do you think that adjusting the visual effects in windows for best performance and disabling some services could help while gaming? BTW I unistalled avast, ran the tool again but got the same number.

I could post a screenshot of my processes. There 6GB of system RAM. I'm open to suggestions for an anti-virus alternative. I used the test version you attached and got the same number, 3808.

So, for win7 at 1920*1080p the reduction should around 70-80mb. Considering that Steam, Avast Free Antivirus and some other small processes are running is an 80mb reduction enough?
Also, should DisableDriverMemoryManager be set to true when using an AMD card? I have a 4890 1GB.
