I've heard that iPresentInterval=1 must be deleted from the SkyrimPrefs.ini and added to the Skyrim.ini otherwise ENB and/or ENBoost will not work properly, is this a real fact ? I'm asking because I've never made these ini changes and never had problems with ENB's and ENBoost not working properly, ...

Oh man...you're not going to believe what was causing the problem, Skyrim Performance Monitor was the source of the missing GUI problem, it was blocking the GUI from showing up on my screen, I launched the game directly through the SKSE Loader and voilá...problem solved !
