Thanks! This completely fixed the issue.
Using Vivid weathers atm. Replacing the 00 with the loader order ("60") made me able to change the weather.

I try to make my enb so that alot of weathers have customized settings. I have most basic weathers covered in the weatherlist.ini, but some weathers just don't exist according to the console.
