| Just to update, in case it's relevant to anyone or anyone has further ideas, I've reinstalled the game on vanilla settings, with fresh enb files, enblocal, and only enough mods to test (Alternate Start), and the effect still happens. I'm at a loss for what to make of this effect and seem to have run... |

| I went ahead and rolled back my drivers and purged Nvidia settings. Tried drivers back to 344.75 (2014), but got the same results. I know this one worked at one time, so maybe there's some kind of complex interaction happening that is going to be pretty hard to pinpoint? |

Hm, all right. Thanks for your response. It's unfortunate that this issue is happening--it's now starting to happen on .279 as well. Maybe I'll have to put Skyrim aside for a while and hope something emerges that helps. Thanks for your feedback!  |
