Man, I legitimately feel bad for you that Bethesda has to update their executable for just CC stuff. Anyway, I've used your plugins across all supported games so thanks a lot for putting in the effort. Sums up everything I wanted to say. Well, except thanks so much for the incredibly fast update! <3

Things can be solved easily by making external config file which contain memory offsets, so users can dig in to skse and write correct values to make this plugin work. Is this something that someone knowledgeable can do without the source code? (IE, not me, lol, but it seems we have some knowledgea...

Yes. It will not force weather itself in the game, but to the mod only. Also i don't remember if [00000000] correct, check (interiors specific?), check statistic tab in mod editor.
