When I'm way up in the sky and looking down on downtown Boston, my FPS drops to 30 or so. Is this normal across most GPU/CPU setups?
It's 50-60 everywhere else in the map.

I'm running i7-4790k @ 4.6Ghz
16GB Ram @ 1600Mhz
GTX 980 Ti SC+
SSD
