Found the problem and the solution. I needed the Direct X Runtimes. Once downloaded, extracted, and installed (with the DXSetup.exe) I was able to use the ENB again.
Cheers

Re: Skyrim CTD at launch with ENB
I don't understand:
- It worked yesterday. Beautifully.
- Steamapps/common/Skyrim folder (and everything within) is the same.
- My Documents/.../skyrim folder is the same (kept on separate drive from OS)
Everything is the same... but now the game crashes with enb enabled.

Skyrim CTD at launch with ENB
Hey all,
- I just performed a clean reinstall of my OS (win7).
- All games were on a separate HDD. After some headaches I got steam to find them.
- Skyrim runs without the d3d9.dll (if I add STOP after .dll)
- With the d3d9.dll it crashes at the menu.
Thoughts?

A-HA!
Thanks mate. It's amazing how such a little thing can make such a big difference. That was driving me crazy. So cheers! You just made my day.

Re: Odd Radial Effect
Sorry. It's not when I draw a weapon that it goes away. It's when I apply a light source. I'm using illuminated spells, which cast light on the textures. When I sheath the spell the oddity returns.

Re: Skyrim light sources flicker since upgrading to Nvidia 7
Thanks. I'm using win7 and I don't think that's what I'm dealing with, but I'll keep it in mind.

Hi again, so I've got a question about something strange that I'm experiencing: http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l559/Whitelion1284/Screenshot6363.png You may have to enlarge the image to see what I'm talking about, but in this image there is an effect on the ground. It looks like someone took a ...

Re: Skyrim light sources flicker since upgrading to Nvidia 7
I believe I just started noticing the headaches you mentioned with the Nvidia card with former AMD drivers. Can you tell me, in addition to the artifacts (triangles) did you also get frequent lock-ups like stutters that didn't end? And when you re-installed windows were you able to simply install ov...
