In all of the recent ENBs for Skyrim SE there is no memory section in the ENBLocal.ini file. Yet, I keep reading in various places about ENBoost and SSE. OK, Reddit is not the most authoritative source, so I thought I'd ask at THE source.

And I think that I found out what was happening as well. The Nvidia driver set 382.53 did not like any ENB newer than the 3.0.2 set. This is mostly all good in the Nvidia driver set 384.76. The ENBs 0.3.0.2 and older still work somewhat smoother in the cell boundaries, no fps drops instead of ~10fps...
