You might want to include the texture path correction for sc_chest.nif. Instead of sc_chest01.dds it should be sc_chest03.dds (as well as the corresponding normal).

Alright, adjusted the meshes. Hard to say about the effect texture. Sometimes it's not very obvious because the textures are very low res and effect shaders might mangle them beyond recognition.
