Just as a final update, after using the 300 value in the 1.1 version that came with the ENB preset, I updated back to 2.1f, but I had to use a value of 65,000 instead. I'm not sure why it's so drastically different in the two versions but it may have to do with my other near blur settings. It works ...

After changing the code like above, raise the first temp variable in the ingame UI, it's in enbseries.ini at the very top. Keep raising it until the blur on your hands is gone. Thanks for the help! After raising the "Temp Variable 1" to 300, my hands/weapons were no longer affected. Much ...
