I changed the emmisive color to white, like the default ones also have, that worked.
And since all other water vapor effects are white so it fits in with everything else nicely now.
I just couldn't find the color under PCloudSmoke07-Emitter at first, but I got it now.

Overall I am really liking this mod. But the water mist at the waterfalls is to green/blue for some ENB's, weather mods, etc. I am using rudy with obsidian myself.
