Would carrying forward these changes cause visual bugs, if they are used without a ENB?

so the Special edition particle patch returns some errors when run through NifScan, I would fix them my self but i don't know what the intended effect should be (most of the errors are mismatched External Emittance flags and i dont know if you intend for it to be on or off)
