Ah, okay... It was a setting in my Vision Control Center (ATI Settings) that messed things up. I had AA enabled there and that was causing the issue. Although I still have SSAO go through my character in First Person mode. Are you sure? I don't have anything of that sort enabled (hardware settings)...

@vimm Make sure you are using the .116 wrapper or injector and not .118, otherwise you can't use MSAA or transparency multi-sampling--which it looks you're trying to do based on the screenshot above. Texture mods doesnt affect enb. Its more probably that youre using old effect.txt. Delete it. Or palette.
