AMD's big driver update with FSR is now available (Adrenalin 21.6.1) and... the problem is fixed!

AMD annually releases a big driver update in December. Maybe we'll finally get a fix. I got tired of waiting and I'm in the process of switching to Skyrim SE which works perfectly with ENB. The game also runs so much better.

The differences that you're noticing is due to a number of enb effects not working with the RX 5700 series and throwing presets out of whack.
