So I finally figured out they are present in GameVolumetricRays section, which were disabled by default, I'm ok then

I have only simple ENB binaries installed with no shaders at all. d3d11, d3dcompiler, enblocal and enbseries. No preset, no mods, clean install, just skse, obsidian weathers and plain enb without anything on it. Now, ENB changes vanilla lighting, that's ok and that's why I have it. But I LOVE vanill...
