After hours of research, why I can't run ENB on DDDA (DirectX 9), I've come to the conclusion that it's most likely a AMD-driver issue. I have almost the same setup as you (my PC has a Ryzen 5 3600), and I have exactly the same issue. Could you find a solution for the problem?
