I did fix it with NIfScope, though no idea if it correct method for it. Opening item in NifScope I reduced SubSurfaceScattering to 0, probably disabling that for the item in general.
Now I can keep reflection setting as it was intended in ENB preset, and item itself doesn't give off green glow.

Putting in on 0 seems to eliminate it, which probably disables the effect. But the glow itself is weird.
No idea what could cause it, maybe mesh? No expert on these things.
