I got it working by disabling msi afterburner. Thanks for your help and ENB

I have everything maxed out as well. Using an rtx 3080ti.
Other people seem to have enb working which is really weird. I'm kinda out of ideas nothing else changed besides the game update

Even with this update my enb stopped working after the next gen update. The enb loads in and I can do things like limit fps but all the post-processing options and settings do nothing in game.
