After a long time I am finally continueing the work on my ENB "Cinematically Realistic ENB".

That was me who mentioned the guy on reddit. I would do it myself if I could express myself in english good enough. ^^ If all of this was in german I would do it immediately.

Setting IgnoreWeatherSystem=true for a category will force values from enbseries.ini to be used for that category, ignoring any values set by individual weathers.
