No, RealizmIV is a outdated mod, and iCEnhancer is just a renamed ENBSeries, so you only need one.

I think you have no idea what you talking about, if you do not like the multiples models characters of CM11 you can use just the originals, but the work has made fakefactory is much better and hard. You can't be seriously when you says you don't like the Parallax Occlusion Mapping, HDR, Dynamic shad...
