Your 141 preset is absolutely insane Tap. The lighting is just perfect. Seeing the way it hits clothing... ugh.. just flawless. I have used your presets ever since FONV and they have NEVER disappointed.

I would venture a guess that it is the film grain most likely. The noise it generates will create the illusion of higher gamma.
