Great work on these, this really opens the way for huge mods like Skywind / Skyblivion. So much smoother now, can run Open Cities without OOM crashes.

Fallout could definitely use memory space enhancement, especially with Tale of Two Wastelands and other big mods hogging memory. When Fallout runs out of memory it CTDs or freezes at load screens. Self-done method is a hard to set up driver hack and does not work with all GPUs and monitors. Mine for example are incompatible with the ATI/AMD method.

What about downscaling? EX render at 3840x2160 for a 1920x1080 monitor. It provides superb AA/AF and brings out a lot of details in specular details, reflections, etc. Would probably be a portable feature too, meaning it could get added to Fallout and GTAIV. Hey Wanny, Could you make an ESP resource that cuts skin brightness to ~66%. GECK doesn't run for me (CTD) on W7 64.

Agreed, regular mods can replace rain textures. What they can't do is add dynamic geometry culling.
