Did you install ENBSeries correctly? Normally you would just drag and drop the contents of the WrapperVersion folder into the game's root folder (the same one the executable is in).

Afterwards, try launching the game directly from its own exe to bypass MO2 and SKSE to narrow the list of culprits.

The sad truth is that the whole Tamriel worldspace can only have one animation direction and speed for lod water so it's impossible to make it match the high detailed water, you can "fix" it to make match in one location but in the next location it will be wrong.

Maybe you're using another application that also captures a screenshot when pressing the PrintScreen key? That would explain the issue is resolved when you change the hotkey.

If you're unsure, easiest is just to look at the download archiveof the preset and delete the same files from your installation folder.

It’s safer to first delete files from the existing preset since depending on the game some of the files can be stored in different locations, i.e. the root folder or the enbseries folder.
