Re: [Dark Souls 2] ENB 257 workaround for CTD after loading
After putting in several hours of game play I can defiantly say this has fixed all my random CTD problems.

Re: [Dark Souls 2] ENB 257 workaround for CTD after loading
This set the sum of my cores (1+2+3+4=10) back again and the Game runs better. I could be wrong, but as I recall Process.ProcessorAffinity is a bitmask so setting it to 10 is core 5 only. I think to use cores 1-4 you set it to 0xF or 15. I also have an i7-2600k and I briefly tested this. First I us...

Re: Dark Souls 2 v0257
I also agree. With the NT mode the crash rate is tolerable. Right now, the other bugs such as AO flickering is more annoying. Perhaps a reason to the crashes will surface eventually with further development.

Re: Dark Souls 2 Crashes
Latest version gives a long start up delay, SSAO flickering at certain angles, and still random crashing. However, switching to NT compatibility mode has lowered the crash rate significantly.

Re: Dark Souls II - CTD when loading.
While trying various things I decided to run the game as Administrator. I can confirm that this allows me to at least load the save games that were crashing each time and I've tested it several times. The loading crash is always present when I do not run as Administrator. I'm not sure why this works...

Re: Dark Souls II - CTD when loading.
I'm using the default 257 with no modifications and get a crash every time I try to load any save game. It was working just fine earlier. What information can I provide that might help?

Re: SLI Skyrim Question
I can either do as you suggest, tone down the graphics a little bit and wait 1.5 years for a card that can play it, or I can just upgrade now and enjoy the game when I have time this summer. I have been a gamer for over 20 years now, ENB is not the sole reason I would be upgrading. I love to enjoy m...

Re: SLI Skyrim Question
Yeah I know it's a lot of m.o.n.e.y, but I love playing all games and I've been putting off Skyrim for so long. I haven't played since the first DLC and would love to experience it in all it's glory. I was only able to get this first 670 from saved up X-mas and birthday m.o.n.e.y when my friend said...

Re: SLI Skyrim Question
Currently I have a single 670 FTW and I use effects like SSAO, but not DOF because it is too much at 1920x1080. For the most part I average between 50-60 FPS, but sometimes it will drop down to the 30-40's. When it does I can clearly see the GPU running at 99%. In this case, adding a second card sho...
