First of all get old drivers, your videocard is old. May be latest from catalyst 10.xx or 9.xx will work 10 times better, all newest only good for 5xxx, 6xxx videocards and old on the contrary having more bugs. Why indirect lighting = false not work, don't know, it must.

По остальным вопросам нет смысла отвечать, раз я не уверен и скорее склоняюсь к "держаться подальше" от hl2 движка. Меня обосрали юзеры версии для этой игры, никакой популярности мода не было, смысла никакого получается.
