People right now work on setting the cutscene lighting as standard global lighting, which requires lots of efford to make work. I agree though, people are happy with GTA V graphics while theres still discussion ...

I once had that issue too, I turned enbreference, enbweather and CoT off, it worked after I´ve done that.
The issue from the user screenshot was solved by disabling anisotropic and antialiasing in Skyrim Launcher.
