If you can't run, then it's not initialized in proxy category of enbseries.ini or by unknown reason don't want to load at all. Well, let's get to this problem from other side. Delete enbeffect.fx and effect.txt, enbpalette.bmp/tga/png, enbseries.ini (if exists) from game folder. Use enbeffect.fx and enbseries.ini from my official files. Do you see greyed result or it's more colorful? If it's similar to your current screens...
