Re: TES Skyrim 0.209
Setting VideoMemorySizeMb to 0 results in much smoother gameplay than setting it to the actual VRAM size. Weird.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.201
After further testing, texture heavy areas are causing fps drops and I sometimes see some textures constantly turning black and loading again. Happens mostly in open cities. Indoors and more VRAM friendly areas are like 0.199.

@Boris
That attachment has the same performance as 0.199 and Vsync is also working properly. Good job!

Re: TES Skyrim 0.201
Where did I say my frame rate has to be a constant 60? If you go a few pages back you can see screenshots of 40 something fps with 0.199 where Vsync is working, and 30 fps with 0.201. Having more than 60 fps is rare but it does happen, and so does screen tearing. If you can't comprehend that much, I...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.201
@Uriel Vsync is basically an fps limiter where the cap = your screen's refresh rate and my screen's refresh rate isn't 30Hz for sure. I'll try the fps limiter set to 60 instead when I'm done with work and do further tests with these. It's 60Hz most definitely. Or is it 42Hz? Or maybe 84Hz? Or 168Hz...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.201
Thank you for all the feedback and advices, but my uGridsToLoad is fine and I don't want to change it. That was just advice for those who are are having CTDs while trying to load a save. (They might have changed it by following some tweaking guides or something like that). Performance wise 0.199 was...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.201
I tried the new version of 0.201 The same area I tested before: no changes, it's a fixed 30 fps (fpslimiter disabled). If I rapidly keep looking around it ranges from 28.5 to 31.5 fps. Tell me if you need more info. Edit: with Vsync disabled I get ~40fps. With 0.199 and Vsync on I had about 42fps. I...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.201
On this PC...
CPU: Core2D E6400

VGA: GTX550 (1GB VRAM)
OS: Win7x64
The other one is a bit better and has the same issue.

I had to delete about 3/4 of my last post because it was "too spammy". Not my fault that I can't post valuable info due to these limitations. Sorry to have wasted your time. I'll just revert back to 0.199 and leave you be.
