Oyama - I see you are using Tamriel Reloaded did you find a decent work around for the creek bed texture issue and if so what was it?

I really like the tamriel reloaded but the creek bed thing is a eyesore (I know the author is fixing it but Im impatient).

Looks like you blended a texture wrong almost (texblend). But if you have Brows mod installed I'd check that.
