Imho it's just tools like Afterburner I've been testing all night, it looks like it's something to do with ENB. I did all of my tests with everything off, only things running were explorer.exe and a few trivial tasks. I also tried both the injector and wrapper versions on both Fallout 3 and New Veg...

Nice work on the release, but seeing as I have AMD it doesn't look like I'll be able to use it.
