а в настройках драйвера не пробовал включать?
панель управления Нвидия, управление параметрами 3Д и там в глобальных параметрах включай всё что душе угодно))
ну или в програмных настройках под тот же гта отдельно сделать.

Kail Со свечками у вас глюк, попробуйте покопаться в настройках драйверов что ли. Это не глюк, это некоторые свечки просто свет не отбрасывают для экономии производительности, т.к. в оригинале там все равно амбиентный свет в этом месте. С другими все нормально.
