I don't think it's a Win8 bug since I can use enb with Skyrim perfectly and some people say that they are using injector version with Fallouts but I am no expert anyway..

Yes I am using 64bit too and getting the exact same crash, hopefully someone will suggest us a fix soon

Yes New Vegas works with 4gb loader (crashes with default launcher) and Fallout 3 works without a problem.

Yes after some testing I discovered that AVG anti-virus is causing it. Both versions works fine on both games now.
