The cart mesh causing flashing lights is a known issue with SMIM. Some users have reported the same with the new smelter mesh, as well.

True, JawZ. I really just want that mesh to have more exposure. It's brilliantly done. Being hidden away on page 60 something of a forum seems like a waste. I hope you'll release it to Nexus yourself one day.

I've only ever used ELE - Interiors but it seems to undo a lot of edits made by USKP. Is this intentional?

Those ones were in arkngthamz. I saw the same issue in the secret cave from Breezehome FullyUpgradable.

The most glaring differences are in these lines: iMaxAnisotropy=16 iMultiSample=1 iPresentInterval=0 I know that iMultiSample gets set to 1 when you have it set to 0 and run SkyrimLauncher.exe. Is this line intentionally 1 or did SkyrimLauncher.exe change it? As for the other two, should these value...
