Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.356
Hi Boris, could it be that the [SSAO_GAME] is buggy? Even at AOAmount=0 there are many areas that stay pitch black and are not affected. You can test it out for example at riverwood. There are these dirt-clffs on the side of the road with overhanging moss/grass/roots. That is one spot where i can se...

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.352

Looks just as gorgeous as Classic ENB Versions if not better now for me, with all the features i missed that got added the last year. Only t...

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.320
Grass: as object it do not use the same lighting math as everything else, no directional ambient at all, just one ambient value. boris Maybe it's possible to get directional ambient values, calculate an average of it that can be added to the current ambient value grass has? NewGrassAmbient = GrassA...

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.320
@marty I didn't dig into it really, but some ENBs have issues now because they are using workaround TOD stuff in shaders i think. Now it's different, done by ENB, so ENBs need rework i think. Try using default ENB files from download, it works there. I had issues too with a pre-configured ENB (l00's...

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.320
yes, like Marty said. at least for me it is: old skyrim = for screenshots, and if you want 300 mods to make it look very good while playing. skyrimSE = if you want to actually play the game now. because a stable game is more important. And in the end who knows. With enough ENB features i think it ha...

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.320
thanks boris!
Only thing that i could find right now is, that grass reacts to direclighting in shadows too (mountain or house shadows for example, so everywhere) at daytime.
And the other way around at night, grass does not react to directlighting at all.

complexfilter off every effect off except adaptation and ssao/ssil set ssao scales to 1.0 and SamplingRange to 0.4, EnableSupersampling=false 0.319 max fps ~72.3 test 1 max fps ~72.3 test 2 max fps ~72.3 (everything very jumpy but most of the time it is a max fps of those values, jumps down to 71.x ...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.319
GTX 970 no visible difference for me, fps is always very jumpy between 52.5-54 but seems the same with all versions. looking close at a dirtcliff near riverwood, same savegame everytime do you think ssao scaling makes a difference in test outcome? drivers VerticalSync app controlled skyrim.ini iPres...
