This version is making my fps go from 40 to 50 and back to 40 very very rapidly unless I use the FPSlimit which drops it down to a steady 32 fps, even though I set it to 60. I can't figure out what is causing this since I can run v0.262 just fine.

Yes it doesn't crash for me there (I am still using the test 1 D3d9). And on a side note I began running on compatability mode with windows 95, no crashes to report at all as of yet! Interesting. When I am able to get into the game with Test 1 it doesn't crash near the deep pit. That is a good sign!. It still crashes while teleporting.
