Hey there, I just performed a test and I get around the same FPS using Realvision, around 55-70fps with an i7 3770K @ 4.5ghz and a 6GB GTX Titan Black (I figure it can be used for this test, the 780Ti and the Titan Black are not so different performance wise), so it seems normal for your setup.

Are there any conflicts with VAC using this? as I thought Dark Souls II utilized VAC.

Fustrun, while EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks is set to true, it does not utilize ENBHost.exe, though it seems you'll have greatly reduced RAM usage and may not hit the 3.1GB ceiling at all (I use EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks to fix my stuttering, and I rarely see over 1GB RAM usage.)
