Could be [SKYLIGHTING] filtering quality not high enough (happens because at some camera angles some samples are read outside of drawed area, so quality decreases a lot). Guys, what are you using as Anti Aliasing beside the option in ENB? I see almost all have so smooth screens, is that with AA or 4k? I used to have Temporal Anti Aliasing but it does some weird glitches, thats why I'm looking for something else beside 4k res.
