Yeah I'm not sure what game setting it could be even if it were, I've tried every setting under water or that seemed like it would have any impact whatsoever upon water. Not to mention the clean skyrim installs with fresh ini's, zero mods, and fresh rendererinfo's across three different drives. I'll...

ENBSeries wrote: Psu and motherboard can't do this. Like I said, it's a Ludicrous thought lol. Any ideas as to what might actually be the culprit? And thanks again for the help and suggestions. |

With all the talk about displacement I decided to try just toggling it off in the ENBseries ini, seems it was the source of the issue, though I have no idea why that would be the case. The only water mod I have installed is Realistic Water Two w/ ENB parallax textures. Still have the issue with War ...

I meant the emulated water-displacement around the character when they move yes, sorry I wasn't very clear. Could be that the wireframe bug is just causing me to think the water looks different in other places, it looks very different in motion, causes the reflections to stretch and blink/shutter es...

I'll see if a tech-store near me would be willing to let me bring my rig in and maybe test a card they have lying around, otherwise that last bit will be rather difficult or expensive to do. More pictures trying to show the odd reflections that happen in still water, apparently in still water I can ...

Since it's a clean windows crapware is out for sure, Underwater looks fine in-game but will not let me take pictures of it unless the surface is completely out of view, I'm out of ideas too. Only things touching water are AOS and Realistic water two. It definitely happens in another game (war thunde...

=( Clean windows install, brand new download of the directx 9c libraries, no afterburner or anything for that matter.. Still have weird meshes, even on a different video card. http://i.imgur.com/Nv146y5.png Is the water supposed to be completely flat despite parallax textures and start having weird ...

I know it's quasi-bloatware and I've seen your recommendations against it before, but the fan profiles and voltage-unlocked overclocking are worth it, plus it's never caused any issues for me before (especially since I never install the riva-tuner adware which, from my understanding at least, is wha...

Glad you also don't think it's hardware related, agree that it doesn't look like any signs of faulty hardware I've ever heard of or seen, but pensive at the same time. It happens to the bomb craters in a game called War Thunder as well http://i.imgur.com/VsBmm3a.jpg Seems to be that any texture on a...
