That's why I advise you to take a look at the Windows XP Mode for Windows 7.
Your OS could start, and you could use this mode for software which don't support Windows 7.

It's from the Pro version of Seven. It's not build-in but can be downloaded freely.

Oyama : Yes, still broken in it. Still broken too in 325.71 WHQL (shipped with Windows 8.1 (leaked)). But 325.71 are a lot better than 320.xx. Made a new post on Nvidia's forum. I think indeed it's an issue with Skyrim. Seems to crash when we are short in memory rather than slow down. I am wondering if some softs like attk can include of VRAM usage optimization.
To make so much noise, I think my video card is in fault too.

@far327 : I tried with 121212 too. Same issue. Indeed, when i used 0.119, it didn't occur.

But 121212 is a lot faster than 0.119 and 0.123.
