Re: Kalicola Enhanced Graphics ENB

Benjanini: just post the screen here if you want

Inexile: thanks. I agree about interior being too dark. But if I brightn it up, the dungeons will also get brighter, and I like them dark.. I will try if I can balance that part some more..

Thanks for the feed back, very usefull!

try out these settings on enbseries.ini
please note that these are my settings so they light up a little bit the exteriors too.
I raised a little the ambient lighting and the point lighting of interiors so that they are now light up by the objects that are there (like torches, fires...) trying to maintain the beautiful atmosphere of the kalicola's setting ;)

Re: Kalicola Enhanced Graphics ENB

@rvr thank you, but I use fullscreen mode. Still good seeing your .ini I don't tweak mine generally but sometimes I like messing alittle with ambient lighting or shadows :)

Kalicola, I agree I like dark dungeons too so I'm trying to figure a way to make interiors more visible without altering the ENB .ini, I maximized light and specular distances to the max in the Skyrim .ini and it helped a bit, also made interiors cells more atmospheric IMO. Also there's a very popular mod in the Nexus named Claralux, I don't use it because I had some problems with earlier versions but when they update it to ver. 4 I'll give it a try since it seems to expand the radius of light sources, it might do some good.

Anyway, I'm going to try the new beta out, thanks for uploading.

Re: Kalicola Enhanced Graphics ENB

Some screen from my latest Beta 54 0.122

Get it here. Getting better by every update :) I ditched skylighting, cause it didn't make any difference to me. Instead I upped the radius on SSAO, and I really like how it looks. Now it works kind of like skylight is suppose to, well, a little :) The lates SSAO is pretty nice, very little flicker, and much stronger effect.. I like it!

Get it here.
Kalicola Enhanced Graphics ENB BETA 54

And here's a few screens. And again, my screenshots are darker than actual ingame, for some odd reason. It seems to change with every new d3d9.dll, I don't know

Re: Kalicola Enhanced Graphics ENB

Ok so heres a bunch of screenies with beta 54, i like it alot.
Quick question tho, Kalicola do you use the enbweather.esp that Boris offers in the 0.122 download? Because when i use the mod it really brings outs the realism in the sky but some times it makes the sky look like this;

Whereas sometimes it does wonders like this;

Also my interior lighting has changed quite abit,(but i might be mistaken) i have a few screens showing where i think it looks wrong. I dont think it looks bad it just looks like the ambient shadows have been taken out some how.

Image
This last screen is in an ice cave which are usually very blue/white and cold looking whereas this one just looks dull.Image

Ok so heres the nice screenshots;

Another beautiful result from enbweather.esp (when its not making that wierd blackness in the middle of the sky)
