Whatever I do I seem to have this weird grain/dots on my screen in any dark place/time

I really want to get rid of it. It is very annoying and moves up and down the whole time.

I pasted that in my enbeffects.ini and that helped night time but not dungeons please help!

Why don't you try it yourself? Unreal hasn't been around for quite some time, sadly.
