I have an ENBseries config for Mass Effect 3 (attached below) using the Deus Ex 1 ENBseries d3d9.dll. This one features soft bloom, custom palette texture for color correction, and some pseudo-film noise to bring back a bit of that feeling from ME1. The color correction offsets the violet hue that covers the entire game, and helps skin tones feel more natural. This is a fairly basic configuration and I do not plan to develop it much further, but I enjoy using it myself so I figured I'd share.
UPDATED: 3/23 - version 0.2 - new palette with pseudo adaptation
UPDATED: 3/28 - version 0.3 - adjusted palette to reduce excess contrast, restoring color definition to lightest and darkest areas of image; minor adjustments to bloom
A couple comparison screens:

Great Work my friend, I just can't force myself to play this game after ME2 I lost all interest to this series, But I clearly see improvement with your preset, looks much better then a stock game.

Heheh, thanks Gio! I'm actually enjoying ME3. The pacing is poor for the first few hours, but it picks up a bit after that

Yes of course. At the end you will get BSOD and overheat of videocard, very realistic.
