Jeez.... If problem was a person I would kill that person.
Try using the default enblocal.ini from the ENB website.

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
Trying the default enblocal.ini helped, the game works now.Seems that the problem is related to the enblocal.ini.
Edit:The only problem left i have is that my water is completely invisible.I had this problem with a lot of ENB's before, and never could really fix it.Maybe you can help me with this ( I use RWT 2 for water textures )

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
SweetFX is a critical part of the ENB preset. Without it it won't look likr it was intended. So you must add the SweetFX to the preset again. See snsmac's post in a previous post.
Water shouldn't be invisible. If its just a black plane then it's caused by mod incompatibility.
If you disable the water in enbseries.ini does the problem go away?

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
Try removing your water mod, including the water textures.

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
I removed all mods completely and still invisible water. This problem is starting to piss me off really hard.
EDIT: i finally managed to find a way to somehow solve the problem, setting UseDefferedRendering to False in the enblocal.ini seems to make the water visible again,BUT as i dont know what deferred rendering does,i dont know wether setting it to false is a good idea ...

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
Youre on an AMD or something? Use ENB binary 262. Could help.
Deffered rendering is basically all the advanced ENB effects such as SSAO, reflections, volumetric rays, IBL.
Bloom and simpler effects will remain intact.

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
I found out that setting UseOriginalObjectsProcessing to false will make the water appear again, but everything else look just white and way too bright,so this isnt an option i guess.I think i am done trying to solve this problem,so i think ill just disable the water completely until we can find any solutions.
EDIT: Some good news ( yay ),i managed to find an solution to the previous problem ( my game crashing immediatly),if i set ForceBorderless and ForceBorderlessFullscreen to false, the game doesnt crash anymore,so i am atleast able to use the normal enblocal from your enb.

Re: Insomnia CGI ENB
Hmm 780 should work very well.
If its simply wont work then use ENB 251.
UseOriginalObjectsProcessing isnt used. UseOriginalPostProcessing must be set to true in order for it to look right.
Enblocal.ini is always set ti fit the current user so every time you use a new ENB toy must tweaks enblocal.ini so it fits YOUR system and not the author.
