Such a bug, when i use 20_Kalicola_0.119. Meanwhile, when loading game(models of different things on loader screen) textures are ok. Using 119 injector version.

had the same problem.Check for another enbs launched or d3d9.dll(s) and remove them. Seemed to fix it for me.
