For antialiasing enabled at 1920*1080 and full quality of all effects the answer - no (20-25 fps). With smart setting you can get 30-40 fps on such card or more, depends from own needs. I recommend to ask on gtaforums.com, there are several threads about the mod. SSAO is main performance killer, another one is antialiasing in this game (as it's supersampling). Not sure if it will work for such card, i did for nvidia cards of old models and drivers, may be image will be scaled improperly (at least in game menu). Again, ask on the gtaforums.com about that.

Still thinking as in previous post. To make sure, ask on gtaforums.com, personnaly i am can tweak performance a lot, but not when antialiasing enabled and have no idea how slow it is on gf560

I have a quadcore with 8gb ram, and a geforce 570. And I have to take the GTA4 settings down just a little bit (such as view distance), to get around 30fps, with icenhancer enabled. GTA4 is just a really heavy game for some odd reason.. About the same thing on skyrim, I get from 14 to 30 fps depending where I am.. But I'm not taking those settings down from Ultra. I NEED to see those trees on the far away mountains
