My WIP ENB 116 config, attached below the screenshots.
EDIT: Preview 3 - Updated to latest 116 build with grass lighting fix.
EDIT: Preview 4 - Fixed excessive lens flare at night
EDIT: Preview 5 - Fine tuning and balancing, enabled palette texture
EDIT: Preview 6 - Neutralized anamorphic lens flare color, fine-tuning of enbseries.ini and enbeffect.fx files
EDIT: Preview 7 - Added new version for ENB 0.118

i am getting imageshack domain unregistered error for your screenshots :\
but however, i downloaded and enjoying it.

I am using this in Fallout 3. Everything looks ok, nothing unusual. Interior exterior all good.
Would you recommend using this mod with your presets? Fellout

Cheers! The images are loading fine for me?

As for Fellout, it may or may not look fine with this config. I think ENB overrides some Fellout settings, but I'm not sure. My screenshots are all using 'vanilla' Fallout New Vegas (though with RFCW so I can go to DC as well ^_^ )

The anamorphic (horizontal blue) lens flare only kicks in at very high light intensity levels. If you want it to kick in at lower levels, adjust the following in the enbbloom.fx file:

#define fFlareLuminance 1.5 <-- set to lower values to make anamorphic lens flare kick in at lower light intensity levels. For example, try it at 1.0 or 0.75.

Hey guys, does anyone know if there's an injector version of this ENB? My computer has the dreaded nVidia Optimus in it, so I can only run ENB's that use the ENB injector. I know there's a generic injector in the downloads section, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. :( Any advice would be helpful as I really want to have ENB for Fallout 3 and New Vegas!

Very strange question as injector included in the mod. Copy everything from InjectorVersion folder to game folder, run ENBInjector.exe and start the game.

Oops, ignore my last statement guys. Had an old version of the ENB before an injector version was made. Downloaded the new version now! :mrgreen:

Strange even changing it to 0.1 does nothing! Any locations in New Vegas where you know it appears?
