Re: TES Skyrim
My current shots with many mods, which ENB enhances for good visuals.
I like what ENB does with Shadows.

Confidence-Man/Mindflux: It's not as easy as you would think to change the weather's. The clear days are different, not only that they have different cloud layers. But they also have different imagespaces (or something like that) and those controls the brightness, contrast, saturation, eye-adaptation etc.
For a comparison example try these weathers, and you'll see what I mean;
SkyrimClear_A - 10e1f2
SkyrimClearCO_A - 10e1e8
And that's good, but also a bad thing at the same time. Good for making the weather more unique and varied. Bad because it will take much more "trial & error" runs to add the new "light coloring".
I know this because I'm currently adapting Boris weather template, to the rest of the weather types. I have added the "light coloring" Boris used to all the Skyrimclear weather's, but haven't fine tuned them for any of the weather types yet.
A couple pics from latest "trial & error" run
Haven't changed any settings in any of the ENB files!
ENB Weather Off
ENB Weather On
ENB Weather Off
ENB Weather On
Here I have merged ENB weather with 747823 Mod Resource - Color-accurate Weather. Some of the effects where quite nice, though the removal of "Fog near" and the intense sky at sunrise/sunset was not so nice though.
But I didn't change the settings Boris added!

Re: TES Skyrim
Nah i'm gonna keep it for myself... just joking
Yeah will do, I will upload a WIP file in a couple of minutes. Where I've only changed the weather's to Boris template values. Then I'm going to "get a feel" for how the weather is. And change it accordingly

Re: TES Skyrim
@JawZ: Sure there's a lot of variation in the vanilla weather templates, but I think it would be a good idea to keep the tints (from fog and ambient light) for all of the same daytime (across day/dusk/dawn/night) templates at minimum at least for now to make sure the overhaul is as neutral as possible. Likewise, I think it would be reasonable to keep the stuff in the imagespace cinematic controls (contrast, saturation, tint) the same all over. Note that if you're not using original game colour correction all the cinamatic controls are bypassed.
Looks good so far!
